What is CUTA?
It all starts with you and your fellow educators in your school district. Your union is the foundation for the state and national associations. Your advocacy on behalf of students and public education builds better community schools.
Here are a few of our successes:
- A healthy relationship with CUSD enables quality communication, exceptional teaching conditions, and resources and support for all teachers, staff, and students.
- We hold monthly gatherings at our CUTA office to share information, learn from others, and enjoy camaraderie with other teaching professionals.
- Community Outreach: Sponsor Ceres baseball/softball teams, Letters for Santa, Ceres Soroptimist, and other organizations that foster positive connections with our families and community.
