What is CUTA?
It all starts with you and fellow educators in your school district. Your union is the foundation for the state and national associations. As a result, your advocacy on behalf of students and public education build better community schools.
Here are a few of our successes:
- Healthy relationship with CUSD enables quality communication, amazing teaching conditions, resources and support for all teachers, staff & students.
- Monthly gatherings at our CUTA office to share information, learn from others, and enjoy camaraderie with other teaching professionals.
- Community Outreach: sponsor Ceres baseball/softball teams, Letters for Santa, Ceres Soroptimist & other organizations which fosters positive connections with our families and community.
